Felt Desserts

It has been such a long time since I made the felt desserts. With the coming Mother's Day & Teacher's Day, I plan to organise a handmade class for kids so that they can DIY their own gifts for the mothers & teachers. So felt desserts were what I have thought about. 

They really looks delicious yet durable, isn't it? :-)

蛋糕派对（客订）Felt Cakes Party (Custom Made Order)

和我同名的旧同事心血来潮，和三个公主玩起“圣诞交换礼物”的游戏，向我订了十个蛋糕分别送给三个公主和侄女。她要求十个蛋糕都要不同设计，而且还要很复杂的设计哦。
My ex-colleague whom has the same name as mine ordered 10pcs of felt cakes from me for her 3 lovely princesses and niece. As what she has promised them to have "X'mas gift x-change" but never tell them what the gift will be... my colleague requested 10 different design and complicated cakes.

选了几款我之前做过的，想想这次重做应该不会难到那里去。可是也许太旧没抓这么小的布块了，刚开始竟然抓不稳。。。

Well, I have done that before so just choose the same pattern I have done before. Maybe too long never sew, I couldn't hold the felt tight during the start of the sewing..... omg...

因为蛋糕是要分给四位小公主的，所以同事要我把它们分别包装。 这三块一盒的是送给三位公主的。

Since the cakes are for 4 little princesses, so it has been requested to pack individually. These 3pc pack is for her 3 lovely princesses.

而这孤独的水果塔是给侄女的。。。

And this lonely fruit tart is for the niece...

我和同事说，你可以自行搭配， 我没有把盒子钉死。她说回家要抽签决定。哈哈。。。

I told my colleague that she can mix n match later coz I never staple the box. Let her 3 princesses to match n mix what they like.

Felt Cakes Gift Box

This is my 1st felt cakes gift box for my good fren. Knowing she's under work pressure recently, so I purposely prepare something to enlighten her days. Maybe this may not help her much, but at least can make her smile for a few seconds.

I plan to come out more of these felt desserts' gift box in the near future. Even think of making a big cake for birthday gift, isn't is a good idea?
There was an ex-colleague of mine who fell in love with my felt dessert, and wanted to order in bulk for her wedding door gift, but due to some reason, she had dropped this idea.
For those who would like something extra ordinary for your party door gift, this maybe a new idea for you. FYI, individual packing can be done with just a few pennies extra.

第一次在手作书上看到这些蛋糕，我就兴奋到无法形容了。。。 所以就二话不说的把书本买回家。
老公的第一反应是：你有时间吗？
兴致勃勃的和老妹分享了想做手作的想法，没想到老妹也给了同样的反应。我想是我真的太忙了，还是大家都对我没信心呢？
Anyway, 这就是最好的证明。
